Kaleb is going to visit with us about the Cyber Liability environment as it exists today. He will go into detail on the current exposure environment, common misconceptions, Cyber Insurance available, Claim trends including claim examples, and overall risk assessment. His presentation will provide an explanation of what exposures a company faces in storing and maintaining personal information including potential costs, the legal and regulatory environment that may apply, and discuss how insurance may or may not apply to data compromise or other internet-related exposures.
Kaleb joined Travelers in 2012 and is currently an Account Executive Officer in their Bond & Specialty Insurance division. His team handles marketing, underwriting, and training for private company and not-for-profit organizations Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability (including Workplace Violence), Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Kidnap & Ransom, and Cyber Liability. Kaleb currently serves as the Midwest Regional Expert for Cyber Liability for the Private and Non-Profit business unit within Travelers Bond & Specialty. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
